Our Story:

Our primary focus is to provide a service that caters to people wanting either a custom renovation or extension or a fully unique floor plan. 

Darryl Payne, born and raised in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, is the draftsperson with a range of drafting disciplines including architectural, commercial, civil, electrical, mechanical and structural drawings.

What We Do:

At 3rd Angle Design, we cover drafting and design for all jobs from small to large. Smaller jobs that have no major alterations to the home through to larger jobs involving significant changes and additions to the home. Sometimes it’s a completely new custom house design that’s required.

We also cover drafting and design for smaller commercial jobs that may require a proposed layout for a shop or business to medium and larger commercial jobs including additional buildings or new commercial premises.

Our residential, commercial and mining experience enables us to produce technical drawings to meet the needs of individual projects. Generally, each job is unique and has differing drafting requirements. As such, we price each job individually. 

We aim to guide first time home renovators from the planning and design process through to the submission of plans to the City Council for Building and Planning approval.
